Course cancellation | Any activity or course cancelled by the CCRC due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances will be offered another date, full credit, or a full refund.

Medical Related Cancellation | A pro-rated refund, less administration fee of $35. Requests must be made prior to the start of the activity and a doctor's note will be required.

Activity Withdrawal | Activity withdrawal must be completed 2 weeks prior to the start of any activity. This will result in a full refund, less an administrative fee of $35. 

Any activity withdrawn less than 2 weeks will result in a 50% refund, less administrative fee of $35. 

Activity withdrawal less than 24 hours, you will not be able to receive a refund.

The refund policy is in place for any activities, courses, camps, etc., run by the CCRC.
